That would more or less be my guess, though probably nominally Mexican: No
Louisiana Purchase (no US to buy it, Colonies look East, not West). 
Mexico (or Nueva Espanna or whatever) is probably not in a position to
exert much influence (and neither is the League), so the Natives are
probably left to shift for themselves.  One would guess that all sorts of
words and customs have entered the languages of the League (as they have
in US English).  Folks wishing to experiment with "alternate"
spiritualities in the League probably take lessons from Native paths. 

Perhaps a Native State joining the League?
