I believe that was what And meant.  He could not confirm whether Livagia
and Tepa inhabit the Codominium of of constructed languages.  I can
remember the awe I had when I looked at Dirk Elzinga's website.  It most
beautifully is a linguist's language, I admire what he has achieved.
