Don't ask that in Kernow; you'll get precisely that: 1d!  What's the
proper Brithenig for 'penny'?

Well, what's 12 1/2p?  That's decimal that is!  12 1/2s is just over half
a llifr, way to much for a stamp.  12 1/2 new pence is just over 2
shillings; actually 2s6d, or half a crown.  I seem to recall that was the
definition, now.  That's a lot for postage, though, assuming my monetary
valuation;  and Dave's idea that the stamp should be in the range of 6d.
