ADMIN: "Master Plan" URL

The URL for the Brithenig Master Plan is

I have also been writing a little Perl program to derive Brithenig
words from Classical Latin ones.  The current interface is
trivial: type in a ClL word, get a VL and Brithenig equivalent.
It was sooooooo amazing to type in "corpus" and get back "corff"!
There are still problems, especially with vowels, but I'm working
on it.
