A shameless plug, I'll admit.  The tape you get as bonus (of me reading
Caedmon's hymn in Teonaht--a somewhat hilarious experience, Padraic and
Feri can tell you!) if you ask to buy my badly flawed grammar.  It costs
about 12 bucks within the states (six to copy, three to bind, and three,
ALWAYS three bucks to send priority), and about fifteen bucks to send to
Canada.  Seventeen to twenty to send overseas.  I'm exhausted by the
entire experience (copying tape and paper, sending endless and new
corrigenda, etc.), so you'll have to wait for when I'm in the mood again.

I notice Andrew's email is up there twice.  That means he'll get two of
these.  Ha.  The more the merrier.
