I think it's written somewhere on the Web pages the stress lies on the
penult (under pronunciation). An accept should always take stress when it
is used. I am bad at putting the stress in the right place (always on the
first syllable, must practice to stop doing that). There is also the
problem of how stress might move due to affixes. Ray, how Welsh mark
stress?
