What if a bridi contains more sumti than it's definition permits? For example: mi gerku le remna
If there's extra sumti at the end, it's as if you'd tagged them with "do'e" (that is, they have some unspecified relationship to the bridi). "mi klama le zarci le zdani le dargu le karce le mlatu"-- I went to the market from the house by the road in the car... and a cat was involved somehow. :) "gerku", incidentally, actually is a two-place relationship. x1 is a dog, and x2 is the breed that the dog comes from. So your sentence doesn't invoke that rule, it just nonsensically asserts: "I am a dog whose species is a human"!
