Indeed.  Homo canem habet ended up omo cenem eeb.  Certainly not
Brithenig; but an interesting tool none the less!  I don't understand the
PERL syntax, but it seems to be essentially the Grand Master Scheme made
into a program.

I assume that if one wants to generate words for a different language
or dialect, it's simply a matter of altering the parameters to suit?
