At a guess Calen marth is a statutary holiday so it would probably be a
day to relax or get out and enjoy the first day of spring (first day of
autumn for me).  It would probably still be dark enough for fireworks
displays.  Beer would, inevitably, be drunk.  A celebration would be
organised at Castrysc involving the King and/or the Crown Prince, if you
missed it there will probably be bits of it shown on the 6:00 news
tonight.  Cos Nustr cells might also decide to be active.

It might be worth asking on Conculture how (Con)National days are
observed.
